External Ratings

Based on the 2025 Corporate Governance Report (CGR) survey of listed companies, the Company received an overall rating of “5 Stars” at the “Excellent” level, improving from the “Very Good” 4-Star level achieved in 2024. The Company remains committed to further enhancing its corporate governance standards in 2026. In addition, during the past year, there were no cases of employees violating or failing to comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct and corporate governance policies.

The Thai Investors Association organized the “AGM Quality Assessment Project” for listed companies. In the 2025 assessment, the Company achieved a full score of 100 points and was recognized at the “5-Trophy” level (“Excellent – Exemplary Practice”).

The SET ESG Ratings Assessment is an evaluation program for listed companies that operate their businesses sustainably while taking into consideration environmental, social, and governance (ESG) responsibilities. In the 2025 assessment, the Company received an “AA” rating, an improvement from the “A” rating received in 2024. This achievement reflects the Company’s strong commitment to responsibly advancing its ESG performance and its ability to demonstrate measurable improvements at the organizational level.

The Company has been certified as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), reaffirming its commitment to sustainable business development through good corporate governance and sound governance practices, while joining forces in the prevention and opposition of corruption in all forms.

In 2025, the company’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data at the organizational level was verified and certified in accordance with ISO 14064-1 by BSI Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd., ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with international standards.
