Jaymart Group Holdings Public Company Limited has been certified as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC Certified) by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) on September 30, 2024. This certification is valid for three years, starting from September 30, 2024, and will expire on September 30, 2027.
This certification reflects the company’s commitment to addressing corruption issues in Thailand business sector by promoting an organizational culture that does not support, tolerate, or engage in any form of corruption. It demonstrates the company’s dedication to anti-corruption efforts through transparent management practices based on corporate governance principles, ensuring accountability and building trust with all stakeholders. The company places great importance on social responsibility and the interests of all stakeholders, demonstrating its strong stance against corruption in any form. Since 2022, Jaymart has officially joined the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (Thai CAC), with a commitment to operate with transparency and fairness in all aspects of its business.
The group is dedicated to fostering a culture of anti-corruption and ethics among employees at all levels, ensuring a positive impact on business operations. Training is provided to promote integrity and responsibility, and employees are encouraged to carry out their duties with honesty and ethical conduct. The company views all forms of corruption as unacceptable and continuously promotes moral values in the workplace.
To support this, Jaymart has developed an Anti-Corruption Policy, which is regularly reviewed and updated to stay relevant. This policy applies to all departments, subsidiaries, joint ventures, business representatives, and partners, as well as the board of directors, management, and employees at all levels, to ensure strict adherence to governance and ethical principles.
The objective of this policy is to prevent misuse of power, deter fraudulent behavior, bribery, and all forms of corruption. It also serves as a framework to ensure business operations comply with legal standards, clearly outlined in the company’s code of ethics and anti-corruption policy.
Jaymart communicates this anti-corruption policy to all employees to ensure full understanding and awareness. All employees must acknowledge receipt of the policy as part of their work regulations. Additionally, the company organizes annual training sessions to reinforce the policy and foster an ongoing anti-corruption culture.

Complaint Handling and Whistleblowing Procedures
To support and promote governance in line with business ethics and effective anti-corruption efforts, the company has established channels for whistleblowing and filing complaints, along with protective measures for whistleblowers to create a transparent work environment and ensure confidence in the reporting process. Both employees and stakeholders, both internal and external, can easily access these channels.
The company has defined specific channels for reporting and receiving complaints, allowing employees and stakeholders to report suspected misconduct, suggestions, or complaints related to unethical behavior, corruption, violations of laws, regulations, corporate governance policies, business ethics, and the company’s anti-corruption policies. Additionally, suggestions related to business operations are also welcomed. These channels are designed to be secure, ensuring strict confidentiality of the whistleblower. An investigation committee is directly responsible for overseeing the process.
Reporting and Whistleblowing
The company has established a whistleblowing system and complaint mechanism for individuals both inside and outside the organization. This system serves as a channel for reporting misconduct such as bribery, corruption, discrimination, harassment or abuse, privacy violations, legal violations, or breaches of company policies and regulations.
The reporting system is designed to be secure and confidential, ensuring that whistleblowers can be confident that their reported information will be protected. The company also has measures in place to protect whistleblowers from retaliation or negative treatment due to their reporting. The company will thoroughly and fairly investigate and address any complaints to maintain a safe and transparent working environment.
Disciplinary Action for Corruption and Misconduct
If an employee is found to violate company policies, disciplinary action will be taken according to the company’s policies and applicable labor laws. Penalties may include suspension for a specified period, payment of compensation for damages agreed upon by the company and the wrongdoer, termination of employment, and a permanent ban from rejoining the company or its subsidiaries. Legal action will also be pursued to the fullest extent.
