JMART Group AI Hackathon 2026 Driving the Organization Toward an AI Maturity Organization
Jaymart Group organized the JMART Group AI Hackathon 2026 under the theme "Driving the Real Impact" to foster the practical application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in solving real business challenges and to accelerate the Group's journey toward becoming an AI Maturity Organization.
The event brought together participants from 13 companies across the Jaymart Group to develop AI solutions addressing real-world business challenges. Through the Ideate – Build – Impact framework, participants collaborated to identify business opportunities, design AI-powered prototypes, and formulate implementation plans with measurable business outcomes and return on investment (ROI). The initiative emphasized the development of practical innovations capable of delivering long-term business value.
The Hackathon builds upon the success of the J.AI Maturity Transformation and J.AI Maturity Mindset Bootcamp programs, which were established to strengthen AI capabilities across the organization. These initiatives aim to enhance employees' AI Literacy, empower them to apply AI effectively in their daily work, and cultivate AI Champions who can drive AI adoption and innovation within their respective business units and throughout the organization.
The event reflects Jaymart Group's commitment to advancing a Human-Led AI approach by developing employees' capabilities alongside the responsible adoption of AI technologies. Through this commitment, the Group seeks to improve operational efficiency, foster innovation, and strengthen its long-term competitiveness in an increasingly AI-driven business landscape.
