Diversity and Equality in the Workplace

Jaymart Group Holdings Public Company Limited organized the "Pride in Equality Quiz Challenge" in celebration of Pride Month to promote employees' awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) within the workplace.

The activity invited employees to participate in an interactive quiz designed to reinforce knowledge and encourage a deeper understanding of respecting individual differences, promoting equal treatment, and fostering an inclusive work environment where everyone feels empowered to be their authentic selves. A total of 86 employees participated in the activity.

The results demonstrate the success of the initiative in enhancing DEIB awareness across the organization. Participants achieved an average knowledge and understanding score of 98.37% on the Pride in Equality concepts, reflecting a high level of awareness and an increased understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusive workplace practices.
