Jaymart participates in the Care the Bear project with the Stock Exchange of Thailand

The company has continuously participated in the Care the Bear program, initiated by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, to demonstrate its commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions resulting from resource usage and various activities within the organization. The program's main goal is to combat global warming through six key principles, which help create a pathway and encourage all sectors to collaborate in minimizing environmental impact:
- Promote the use of public transportation or carpooling.
- Reduce the use of paper and plastic.
- Eliminate the use of foam packaging or foam decorations for activities.
- Reduce energy consumption from electrical devices or switch to energy-efficient equipment.
- Use recyclable materials for decorations.
- Reduce food waste at events.
By applying these six principles from the Care the Bear program to internal company activities, significant benefits have been realized in terms of resource and energy conservation. This applies to both onsite and online events, such as meetings, training sessions, events, shareholder meetings, and CSR activities. Additionally, the company promotes the use of electronic files to reduce paper and associated resource usage. These management practices not only help lower event costs but also directly reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
The company aims to create a positive, sustainable impact on society and the environment by continuously following the established guidelines and integrating these principles into daily operations and activities. This commitment contributes to a future that is more environmentally friendly while playing an active role in supporting the reduction of global warming in a sustainable manner.
